Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

In all cases please note that as delivery if being made by a courier - a signature is typically required on delivery.

Delivery Schedule
All UK deliveries are dispatched via City Link your order may arrive the next day, but please allow up to 2 days for orders place Monday to Thursday before noon. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered by Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by Wednesday. Charged at £6.49
In cases where we are out of stock delivery is delayed, our standard delivery charges still stand.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to either chose a alternative (which we will usually suggest), or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy If you are not fully satisifed when you shop with us, simply let us know that you wish to return you order - send the products back to us in their original condition together with the original delivery note, (if available). Please let us know why you are you are not satisfied so that we can take measures to remedy the situation for the future.
We will then issue a full refund for the returned items.
We need to be advised of any product shortages within 5 days of delivery
Please be aware that refunds to credit/debit cards may take upto 10 days.
